Wannera offers the following Returns Policy:
If the product you have received is defective or we ship you the wrong item, we will gladly replace it. We will pay for shipping and handling (standard postal service). If you order the wrong size merchandise, we will replace it, but you will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with the return. Any other type of returns, you are responsible for shipping and handling cost plus 15% restocking fees. Merchandise for return must be in good condition as it was shipped with tag still attached.  Used, washed, or damaged merchandise will void the return.

All shipments are carried through USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and Fedex. Maximum weight limit for First Class Mail is 13 ounces.
